And He is the One Who sends breeze as a Herald before His Mercy until when it lifts the heavy clouds, We drive it to a dead country, then We send down water with it; and thus We produce with it from every kind of fruit and cereals, just like that We bring forth the dead so that you may become remembering with heart.
It is told in verse 30: 46: "Of Lord's Signs is that He sends the breeze as a herald and to let you taste His Mercy, and so the ships may sail at His command and so you may seek of His bounty, and so that you may become grateful". It is told in verses 50: 7-11: "The earth, We have spread out, and have flung firm hills as nails on it, and have caused of every lovely kind to grow thereon as an Insight and a Reminder for every servant who turns unto Lord. And We have sent down blessed rain from the sky and made grow thereby gardens and grain from the harvest and lofty palm trees having fruit arranged in layers as provision for the servants, and We have given life thereby to a dead land. Just like that, you will be brought out". It is told in verse 30: 19: "Lord brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living and brings to life the earth after its death. And just like that, you will be brought out". It is told in verse 30: 24: "Of Lord's signs is that He shows you the lightning causing fear and hope, and He sends down water from the sky by which He brings to life the earth after its death, indeed, in that are Signs for the people who utilize their intelligence". It is told in verses 30: 48-50: "It is Lord Who sends the winds, and they stir the clouds and spreads them in the sky however He wishes, and He makes them fragments, so you see the rain emerge from within them. And when He causes it to fall upon whom He wishes of His servants, immediately they rejoice. Before the rain, surely they were in despair. Then observe the effects of the Mercy of Lord, how He gives life to the earth after its death, indeed just like that, He will surely resurrect the dead, and He is capable upon everything".
